Abstract The microscope allows us to observe invisible specimens to the human eye, the compound or optical microscope is used in the biology laboratory, through this work you will know its components and you will learn the way to use it. Keywords: Microscope, Types of microscopes, Parts and use of the optical microscope. Microscope It is a word that comes from the Greek micro , which means small, and scopein , to look. This device allows you to see what is invisible to the naked eye. There are various types of microscopes, from the single lens magnifying glass to the electron microscope. The simple microscope or also called magnifying glass, consists of one of only a biconvex or plano-convex lens, which provides a moderate amplitude of the object. Compound or optical light microscopes use lenses to focus and amplify light rays that pass through or bounce off a specimen. The definitional capacity of these microscopes is approximately 1 micron (one millionth of a meter). This microscope is the one that we use within the Biology laboratory, in which we will later identify its parts and learn how to use it. The stereoscopic or dissecting microscope is a double compound microscope, in these devices the images preserve the reliefs that can be observed simultaneously with both eyes. The magnification obtained is relatively low, however, micro dissections can be performed on the stage while the person is observing through the eyepieces. There are 2 types of electron microscopes: Transmission electron microscopes - which pass electrons through a thin specimen and reveal details of the inner cell structure in two dimensions, for example, cell organelles. Scanning electron microscopes: bounce electrons off specimens that have been coated with metals and provide three-dimensional images, serve to see surface details of structures. Components of the light microscope, compound or optical: The light, compound or optical microscope is made up of 3 systems, which are: 1.- Mechanical System 2.- Optical System 3.- Lighting System Mechanic system: The mechanical system is the skeleton or frame of the microscope, which provides support and stability to the equipment. It is made up of: The microscope tube: Which is cylindrical in shape , at the top it holds the lens or ocular lenses and at the bottom is the objective lens system. Revolver: It is the circular part in which the different objective lenses are screwed, turning the revolver changes the objective lenses without blurring the preparation. Stage: Square or circular metal piece, with a central hole on which the preparations to be observed are placed and through which the light ray passes. It can be fixed or be provided with displacement screws that allow us to focus the preparation or search for different fields of observation. Base or Foot: It is the base on which the device rests and gives it stability. Arm or column: The part that supports the tube and its vertical displacement mechanism formed by the macrometric and micrometric screws. Optical System: The Optical system is made up of 2 lens systems: Eyepieces and Objectives. Eyepieces are mounted on top of the microscope tube. Its name is due to the proximity of the piece with the eye of the observer and its powers of magnification range from 4x to 20x. Objective lenses are located on the revolver and are close to the object to be observed. There are 2 types of objectives: Dry and Immersion objectives. Have you already bought your car parts online? Some tips for finding a trusted distributor We have all already been confronted with having to replace a spare part on his vehicle after a visit to the garage, and the final bill is rarely satisfactory. There are solutions to lower the cost, including going through the internet and specialized online retail stores to find a wide selection of product and an attractive price range. It is sometimes impossible to escape the work of the mechanic, when it comes to major parts and requiring a real knowledge in mechanics. However, for a large number of spare parts, maintenance is within everyone’s reach. Whether it’s changing simple items like windshield wipers, battery, air or fuel filters, or even brake pads, you can trust your Sunday mechanic skills. In both cases, buying your car parts online saves you money. Only with the growth of the online sales market, it is important to know which site to turn to and how to avoid scams. Today there is a wide choice of sites, offering competitive prices and a different level of service, the one you can trust is Automobile Remedy . Here are some criteria that will allow you to judge the quality of the provider. Parts inventory and price range At first glance, it is important that the site offers a quantity and a considerable variety of products. For a given auto part you can judge on the price range and proposed brands. By browsing several sites, you can find the best product at the best price. Delivery options Buying online, getting shock absorbers or replacement mirrors at home is a comfortable solution. On the other hand, the additional cost of the delivery must be counted and the total price must remain advantageous. You can check the available options like the possibility of express delivery. The delay is an important factor to take into account if you plan a replacement before a technical inspection appointment for example. The return policy It is possible that you order the wrong part or that it is non-compliant. Make sure beforehand that the conditions of return and exchange or refund are explicitly described and that they are not too restrictive. Consumer opinion We often tend to go through different opinions to consolidate our choices. It is natural to survey the satisfaction of customers who have already made purchases on these merchant sites. These reviews can be found on forums or sellers’ facebook pages. Ease of search Online stores display hundreds of references, so easy browsing and search is important, especially for the uninitiated. It is nice when the web page is well built and allows you to easily browse the car parts catalog and have quick access to product information; price, availability, technical description. Most sites offer the option to search for products according to your car brand by indicating your registration number. Client service By going through the internet, the absence of direct contact with a natural person can be destabilizing. To reassure you about the reliability of the seller and the security of your online purchases, do not hesitate to contact the upstream customer service. Is he easily reachable and does he answer within a respectable time? The quality of the service is often dependent on the efficiency of the after-sales service, especially if you encounter delivery problems or receive a defective product. Autonomous Cars, The future of tires In the different fairs based on technology or the future of the car, we can see a lot of possibilities for the future with regard to autonomous cars, or connected tires that will be used for this kind of vehicle. The most futuristic concept of all is the Goodyear Eagle-360 . For starters, it is a spherical shape much like that of a soccer ball. The tire manufacturer says that this unusual profile will allow a car to move in all directions, allowing for easier and safer maneuvering, as well as the ability to navigate and park in limited urban environments. At the same time, it is said that irregular sculpture imitates the pattern of cerebral coral. Thus, it can...
